Eggless blueberry cream cheese cake stories:
This post remained in the backlog for a while. In between, I lost quite a lot of my draft work when my system crashed. Luckily, I had a backup of this. Well, this story dates back to the days when my little son was 6 months old! During the corona times, the best way to keep up the spirits was to celebrate each of his milestones – small and big! The cake idea was of course, of my daughter! As our little boy turned 6 months, our daughter said – lets celebrate his half year birthday with a “Half” cake! The idea sounded interesting. As it was the season of berries and colours, Blueberry cream cheese cake was the best candidate for it! Sadly, the little one was still not big enough to eat this cake, but to make up for his losses, now he demands the cake that he wishes for, every other day (reclamation in progress!).
