Pasta is one of the most loved Italian dish. It is a simple dish having several ways of preparation. This yummy Italian dish can be as simple as a starter or a morning breaker, or it can be so wholesome and fulsome that it can be part of one’s main course itself. Though it was originally consumed bland without any sauce or blend, people gradually started using different herbs and sauce to give different tinge and taste to the same plain dish. It is consumed in different ways in different parts of Italy. Up in the North, people prefer this dish with white sauce, whereas down south, tomato sauce is preferred.
Well, in this recipe of mine here, we neither use the traditional white nor the red sauce. Binding and consistency is brought through milk-cheese combination. In addition to it, Corn kernels and capsicum have been used to bring in the good aroma and taste to the dish along with the Italian herbs. Like we all know, food tastes the best with salt, you may add salt according to your taste.

Pasta stories:
To be frank, when it comes to eating, I love traditional Indian food. My hubby is a big fan of pastas and pizzas along with Indian food. Therefore, I started to learn, prepare and customize these dishes to surprise him!!! I have tried cooking pasta in different ways and this one is the simplest and easiest of all. I prepare this dish once in a while for the evening snacks. It is so filling that whenever we have pasta, we end up skipping our dinner.
Note : 1 cup of uncooked pasta yields about 2 cups of cooked pasta
Lip smacking!
Thank you
